Each year, Summit Homes commits to building a home as close to zero cost as possible. Our local trades, partners, vendors, suppliers and manufacturers help make this possible by giving their time and materials. The 2021-2022 beneficiary is Drumm Farm Center for Children. Unlike previous charity homes, this home will be part of the Drumm Farm campus and will house families for years to come.

This home will fit right in on the Drumm Farm campus. It features 7 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, 3 car garage and a finished lower level.

Their vision is helping children in foster care, homeless young adults and those aging out of foster care build successful lives by providing programs and services that support forever family environments, emotional and physical well-being, educational opportunities and personal growth.
